A. I placed an order and wish to follow my package.
It's very simple: we inform you of the shipment of your order, an e-mail is sent to you with the tracking link of your parcel.
B. What if I want to cancel or change my order?
It is not possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse in order to send it to you as soon as possible. However, if you still want to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package. This will be returned to our warehouse and we will make your refund.
C. I want to return my order.
You have a legal period of 72 hours upon receipt of your parcel to formulate your return request.
A. Orders
How to place my order on the online store?
To place an order on the shop, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can navigate by searching by article type or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to Cart". Once your products in the basket, you can check the content of it by clicking on the basket, then let yourself be guided by clicking on the button "Order". Your order is prepared within 24 hours in our warehouses, then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method and the country you have chosen.
In the sale period, delivery times can be extended.
What are the delays of taking care of my order?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours (subject to availability). Once your order has been shipped, an email will be automatically sent to you.
I have not received my order yet.
If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has expired, we invite you to consult your inbox and your unwanted messages. It is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse.In the case of a delivery, it happens sometimes that the SMS of confirmation of provision of your order is not sent to you, we invite you therefore to consult your mailbox and your junk messages or to contact the shop in order to you ensure the presence of your package.

If your address is incorrect and the carrier is unable to deliver, your package will be returned and automatically refunded.

C. Returns and Refunds
I want to return my order.
To return your order, you have a legal period of 72 hours upon receipt of your package to make your return request.
How much does it cost me to return a product?
If your return is related to an error on our part, then of course the return postage will be fully refunded on proof. Fill out your return request by specifying the reason and the quantity of each article if not, the return is at your expense.
What is the repayment term?
Once your package is received by our warehouse, your refund will be made within 24 hours directly on the credit card used to validate your order.
I wish to exchange.
You have the possibility to carry out an exchange, for that you will have to make an exchange request via e-mail at Contact@woollardshop.com
- The articles must be in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in a perfect state of resale. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
- You can exchange your item for a different size or for another model. The exchange value is that indicated on your voucher (value including tax deduction deducted).
- In the case of an exchange for a product of a higher amount, the difference will be your responsibility.
- In the case of an exchange for a product of a lower amount, we do not refund the difference, but you can complete your purchase with another item. No credit is practiced.
Technical Issues
I do not receive your order confirmation and shipping emails.
These emails can be found in your "junk mail" or your "spam" folder of your email software, they are indeed increasingly sensitive to protecting the privacy of their users by identifying emails that do not part of your contacts for example. We advise you to allow the domain https://www.woollardshop.com in your anti-spam tool and or your mail.
I can not make my payment what should I do?
If your payment does not pass, check that your card numbers or expiry date are not wrong. Check with your bank that it does not block the payment. For security reasons, the customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you.
